AT&T has yet another exclusive deal, this time with RIM for its new, oddly named Blackberry Bold. The new handset, which features the highest resolution screen on any Blackberry to date, dual-band Wi-Fi, GPS, and high speed networking ala AT&T’s speedy network technologies, will be available starting sometime this Summer. RIM has also announced that it will be adding support to its network and unspecified handsets for Microsoft’s sad HotMail and Messenger properties. Functionality will include push, real-time sync, and full HTML support. The Messenger component will get “PC-like” IMing, animated emoticons, and custom status messages.
