Its not often an animated film will slip past me, but its all the more shocking that I was informed of this movie by AICN, and they were caught unawares! Wow! Anyway, $9.99 is a stop-motion animated film which is Rated R (US) and it involves an English man finding the meaning of life in a book which he purchased for $9.99.
