ArialPhone, Starbucks, XM Radio

ArialPhone Drops Price
ArialPhone has dropped the price on their self-titled product to US$199. The ArialPhone is a wireless headset (mono) that allows you to make single handed calls and now can be used as a wireless microphone for your PC. The range is 150 to 300 feet, depending on conditions. One cool thing, if it works for you, is the devices ability to be used with Dragon NaturallySpeaking or IBM's ViaVoice voice recognition software.

Starbucks, HP, and T-Mobile Team Up
In an obvious attempt to whip up hyperbole over their latest wireless venture, Starbucks has announced an announcement to be announced on September 21st. We can only speculate, which is likely what Starbuck's PR people want, that the coffee vendor is looking into wireless again.

XM Radio Brings On Weather
Billing themselves as the leading satellite radio provider in the US, XM Radio has announced that they are teaming up with Baron Services, the company likely behind your local weather cast. The effort intends to deliver comprehensive, near-realtime weather data information to devices fitted with an XM Radio receiver. Isn't XM the only satellite radio provider in the US?
