LynuxWorks Delivers LynxOS 4 For ARM
Posted by Tyler Regas on November 21, 2002 10:27 AM LynuxWorks, the company behind the LynxOS Linux compatible commercial operating system, has announced the release of LynxOS 4.0 for ARM. The new version of this Real Time Operating System (RTOS) is certified for operation on ARMv4T and ARMv5TE architecture-compliant processors with the first release being specified for Intel's XScale based IQ80310 I/O processor. The target markets are storage area networking (SAN), wireless communications, and the growing home networking markets. Pricing information has not been released. Email This Story
