Extended, Red-M Collaborate On Bluetooth Offerings For WinCE
Posted by Tyler Regas on December 10, 2002 11:33 AM Extended Systems, makers of XTNDConnect synchronization software, and Red-M, enterprise wireless solutions provider, have announced a collaborative effort to improve Bluetooth solutions offerings for enterprise customers. Extended has acquired a license to resell Red-M's Bluetooth Manager software with their own XTNDConnect Blue SDK for Windows CE, creating an integrated development environment for Windows CE and Pocket PC platforms. Neither Extended or Red-M has indicated that they will develop kits for other platforms. The kit will be available in January 2003. Pricing for the SDK was not announced.
